Fall Running Programs -- Details Coming Soon!

We'l be posting details soon about our fall/winter running programs. The running program includes something for everyone:
- Fitness and 5K/10K speed improvement - Stay in shape, improve your form, get faster!
- Half Marathon - We'll help you get ready for the 3M Half Marathon and/or the Austin Half Marathon!

- Marathon - Train for the 26.2 miles of fun at the Austin Marathon!
We offer weekly speed workouts (Wednesday evenings or Wednesday mornings), where team members will enhance running form, increase speed, and improve endurance. We also offer Saturday group runs (usually leaving from Barton Springs or Lady Bird Lake Trail). We believe strongly in offering a wise training program that includes the right kind of key workouts plus plenty of recovery.
We'll have training groups for North, South, and Weekday Mornings.
If you would like us to notify you when our fall training programs have been posted, please subscribe to our Training Updates email list. We'll send you an email as soon as our site has been updated!
All members of the TRI ZONES TRAINING off-season training groups will receive:
- Coached weekly track workouts, with emphasis on improving technique, form, strength, balance, and speed

- Group long runs on Saturdays for the half marathon and marathon training groups
- Guidance on proper running technique, using the Pose method
- Written training schedule every month
- Implementation of heart rate training
- Strength work guidance, including core strength
- Email access to coach for questions, tips, and guidance

This is a concise summary of the most commonly violated rules at races. Almost all races will have USAT officials to enforce these rules. It is your responsibility to know the rules and follow them accordingly!

AWESOME JOB at 3M!!!!

It was a c-c-c-c-cold morning, but our new team goodies helped keep us warm! It was fun to run the Danskin bike course. I found some new hills that I never noticed on the bike before. :-)
