800 m swim, 18 mile bike, 5k run through state park. FUN FUN FUN!!! I scanned the forms I got cause if you print them and send in money by 2/28 you get in for $50. Even after that, it's still reasonable... my check will be mailed tonight.

5 person Marathon Relay Race benefiting Junior Achievement. The five relay legs are run in the following order: 12K, 10K, 10K, 5K, 5K. All Relay legs will hand off in the same location near the start/finish line.

MS150 Bike To The Beach has been changed to Bike to the River. THis 2 day ride, from San Antonio to New Braunfels and back, it loads of fun! There is great sag support, signage, rest stops and food.

The Texas Hill Country River Region Classic starts at 8:00 AM, Saturday, October 10, 2009, from Garner State Park and follows the Frio and Sabinal rivers plus climbs the ridge that divides them.
