AT&T Austin Marathon Program

We welcome ALL speeds. You should comfortably be able to run 8 miles before beginning this program.
Looking for a new challenge? Try running a marathon! The Tri Zones Training program will get your ready for the AT&T Austin Marathon on February 15, 2009. Join us for a weekly speed workout on the track and long runs on Saturday mornings. All members of the AT&T Austin Marathon training group will receive:
- Coached weekly Wednesday night track workouts

- Group long runs on Saturdays
- Written training schedule every month
- Implementation of heart rate training
- Strength work guidance, including core strength
- Email access to coach for questions, tips, and guidance
- Access to our team web site and discussion forum
- Team tent at the finish line of the team's goal races
