Weekly Swim Workouts at Jester Pool with Coach Lisa
You've never had so much fun at your swim workouts before!  Coach Lisa fosters a can-do, team attitude in her swimming group. With multiple levels available, everyone is sure to find a lane to call home.  Whether you are training for serious competition, or working on stroke improvements, Coach Lisa can meet you where you are and move your swimming to the next level.  Technique tips are standard and considered a MUST by Coach Lisa.  1-hour workouts are planned and periodized for a classic summer season to work your stroke technique, strength and speed.  Your swimming skill and pace are sure to improve with this group, and you'll have fun doing it. Come join Coach Lisa up to 3 times per week starting on May 4th, and start looking forward to your swim workouts.
