"Reply" to forum comments

I have noticed that when people try to "reply" to a forum comment, it places the reply under the most recent comment, and not the intended comment. It would be great to fix it so that we can reply to other people's posts, or if we just want linear/chronological comments then we should remove the "reply" option that shows up on each and every comment (or leave it there, but then make sure the reply does not get indented under the most recent comment)...

Reply fixed
The reply feature is fixed. The old comments should line up correctly for old posts now.
