Pre-Season Tune-Up -- Beginners

Our Beginner Pre-Season Tune-Up is for those who are new to the world of triathlons -- you've never done a triathlon before and may even be brand new to fitness. Or perhaps you've participated in one or two tri's, but you still consider yourself a beginner. We fully embrace newbies of all speeds and abilities in this program! This 4-week program will ease you into training while helping you improve your fitness and develop your skills.
Dates: March 3 through March 24
Locations: North and South teams (click on team name below to see locations)
At the group workouts: We'll focus on base-building through fitness and conditioning, including running/walking and core strength exercises
Training calendar: Will include swim, bike, and run workouts for the other days of the week
We will help you establish a solid base of fitness so you can begin preparing for the Danskin Women's Triathlon, Skeese Greets Women's Tri or The Rookie.
